The US President Donald trump called the guarantor countries nuclear deal with Iran to abandon further support of the current agreement. He said this in his address to the nation, a live broadcast was conducted on the White house website.
The American leader said that “it’s time the UK, Germany, France, Russia and China to withdraw” from the Joint comprehensive plan of action (SVPD) on the Iranian nuclear program. He noted that countries need to work out a new contract, they should be sent to the Tehran General alarm on this issue.
Trump issued a statement after the night of 8 January, Iran launched a missile strike on military targets in Iraq. The attack was a response to the deaths in Baghdad the commander of the special forces “al-Quds” major General Qassem Soleimani as a result of American air strikes. The operation was called “Martyr Soleimani”.
On 5 January, Iran announced its withdrawal from agreements AGREEMENT after the murder Soleimani.
The agreement was signed in the summer of 2015 between Tehran and the sextet of mediators — Russia, the United States, Britain, China, France, Germany. In early may of 2018, the American President Donald trump announced the unilateral withdrawal of Washington from the transaction and the resumption of the anti-Iran sanctions.
