The majority of Russians (74 percent) admitted that they are not satisfied with the level of current salaries. It is reported TASS with reference to the study conducted by the service for job search HeadHunter.
The survey showed that the dissatisfaction is mainly (80%) expressed by the representatives of working professions. The largest number of satisfied with their salary working in the field of HR: earnings there’s quite one-third. Almost half — 49 percent — believes that workers need to increase wages depending on their success, 37 percent of survey respondents believe that the increase should occur annually. The survey was conducted in late 2019, in it have taken part more than five thousand people.
Earlier in the beginning of January it was reported that the leaders of most companies with Russian capital are going to increase their employees wages in 2020. Don’t plan to do only 19.8 percent of Russian firms. 20% of companies have promised to review salaries in January, another 16 per cent in the first half.
