Ex-Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Refat Chubarov, who proposed to celebrate the 450th anniversary of the burning of Moscow, trying to foment ethnic strife. This was stated by a member of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Elena Panina, reports RIA Novosti.
