Roscosmos in 2021 plans to spend more than eight billion rubles for the manufacture of ship “eagle”, designed for manned missions to the International space station (ISS) and the moon. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the procurement documents.
It is noted that next year the Federal space Agency intends to order “the creation of the second flight products manned transport spacecraft of new generation” for 8.1 billion rubles.
Informed is rocket-space Corporation “Energy” has requested of the Russian space Agency an additional 18 billion rubles for the development of the ship “eagle,” formerly known as “Federation”. In particular, an additional 2.7 billion rubles are required for the development of emergency rescue system of the ship, 2.2 billion roubles to the development of the system of Executive bodies of the descent, 524 million roubles for improvement of motion control system and navigation.
The development of the “Federation” started in 2009. Spaceship earth version needs to accommodate six people, in the lunar four. The cargo version of the Federation is able to deliver into orbit two tons of cargo, and return up to half a ton. The first (unmanned) launch of manned spacecraft from the Baikonur cosmodrome with the help of “Soyuz-5” is scheduled for 2022.
