An elderly resident of the Karelian village of Chaldovar died after the failure of the dispatchers to send him a brigade of an emergency, reports “New newspaper”.
Relatives of the 62-year-old dead Russians told the newspaper that the man had diabetes. On the morning of the incident, he suddenly felt ill and couldn’t get out of bed. First native called doctors that are attached to a neighboring village Padana and on one machine serve four villages. The ambulance was busy on another call, and it was decided to call the district hospital in Medvezhyegorsk. The local operator refused to send a team, as on paper the ambulance is in Badanah. “At my request and pleas of the operator just hung up,” said the son of the deceased pensioner.
Two hours later, the patient died at home without medical assistance.
Earlier the inhabitant of the neighbouring city of Cremona died in the hallway of the hospital, Medvezhegorsk, where doctors had her stroke a few hours in a regular UAZ. In the hospital at the place of residence did not have the necessary equipment.
