Found Russian cities with the cheapest one-room apartments. Topped the rating of Nizhny Tagil, Arkhangelsk, Russia and Nizhnevartovsk, writes “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”, citing a study portal “battery status”.

According to experts, in Arkhangelsk in the beginning of 2020 prices for “odnushki” has not exceeded 2.7 million rubles. In Khanty-Mansiysk, the average cost of one-bedroom apartments fell to 2.4 million rubles, in Nizhny Tagil — to 1.65 million rubles. Also “odnushki” fell markedly in Grozny, Ioshkar-Ola, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Saransk, Petrozavodsk, and Ufa.

The study showed that in most Russian regions apartments, including Studio, not cheaper but rather more expensive. Especially, prices have soared in Sochi (plus 25 percent). A year ago, “odnushku” in the new building could be bought here, for 2.8 million rubles, and now buyers should focus on 3.5 million rubles. Second place for increase in the average cost took Irkutsk — 2.3 million rubles, the third — Novokuznetsk (1.9 million rubles).

In Moscow and St. Petersburg prices for the year also increased, but not as noticeable as in other cities. So, in the capital, one-bedroom apartment at the end of 2019 could be bought on average for 6.5 million rubles. Those who are now eyeing to buy homes in the capital, you need to focus on the amount of 7.3 million rubles. In St. Petersburg in 2018, the price for “odnushku” accounted for 3.7 million rubles, and at present, 4 million rubles.

Earlier it was reported that the majority of apartments sold in 2019 in the Moscow new buildings comfort class is “odnushki” and studios. They in total accounted for 32 percent of transactions.
