The former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Kovtunenko scandal the TV show “60 minutes” on TV channel “Russia 1” for offering another former Ukrainian MP Refat Chubarov to celebrate the 450th anniversary of the burning of Moscow.
