“Gazprom” bought the estate in the Crimea for two billion rubles

Crimean estate New Kucuk Coy financier Yakov Zhukovsky (a relative of the wife of the artist Mikhail Vrubel) bought nearly two billion rubles belonging “to Gazprom”, OOO “Eco-tourist centre in the Park.” About it reports “Interfax” with reference to the management of the property of the Republic.

The auction to sell estate held in early December, 2019. Starting price of the lot amounted to 1,975 billion. Because the application was made only a subsidiary of Gazprom, the auction is declared invalid, however, the application of the company consistent with the terms and conditions of trading, so the contract is still signed.

The estate is situated a guest house, dining hall, two rest areas, several swimming pools decorative, fountain, grotto and more. The deal includes monuments and cultural values: the Park of the early twentieth century, and the bas-reliefs of “Sleep” and “Awakening” on the South facade of the house of the gardener. The new owner will be required to protect historic sites and monitor their condition.

“Gazprom” refused to comment on the situation the family-owned Demyan Kudryavtsev, the newspaper “Vedomosti”, which is addressed to the organization with the request.

According to realtors, the most expensive estate in the Central Federal district of Russia (except Moscow region) became the housing estate in Tver region for 429 million rubles from the Finnish and Russian baths, a winter garden, a swimming pool and cinemas.
