Almost half of Russians turned out to be a homebody and hardly left the house during the Christmas holidays. This is evidenced by the results of the research service for travel planning “tutu.ru”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to the findings, 44 percent of survey participants reported that they had spent the holiday weekend “mostly on the couch,” while 6 percent had a rest actively — went ice-skating, skiing and snowboarding.
14 percent went for a week at the cottage or in the village, 12 per cent spent this time in trips on the Russian cities, and 6 percent had to go abroad. 11 percent of respondents stated that all holidays worked and 7 percent said that rest still.
It is noted that in the past year, according to the results of similar studies, the number of Russians-couch was 43 percent. In a new survey participated 2.5 thousand people.
