A resident of Voronezh, which threw a ten-month daughter from a compartment on the floor of the train to the Crimea, had previously prosecuted, including for failure to fulfill parental responsibilities. This was reported on the website of the Investigative Committee for the Voronezh region.
We are talking about part 1 of the article 5.35 of the administrative code (“the Failure of parents or other lawful representatives of minor duties under the maintenance and education of minors”).
14 January it became known that the Russian woman without panties threw the child from the compartment of a train EN route from Moscow to Simferopol and a passing stretch of road near the Crimean bridge. The baby fell on the stairs between the floors of the car, picked it up the older girl and gave the man that came out from the same compartment.
On the same day the woman was taken off the train, she made an administrative Protocol for the improper performance of parental duties, and held a preventive conversation. The girl was put in the hospital, her older sister — in socially-the rehabilitation centre.
