Residents of the village of zaytsevo on the outskirts of Gorlovka in the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic (DPR) prepared a claim to the European court of human rights (ECHR) against the government of Ukraine on compensation for damage totaling more than 2 million rubles. On Wednesday, January 15, reports Donetsk news Agency.
In the public Commission for determining the extent of Ukraine’s economic damages reported that the claims in the Strasbourg court will submit two residents of the frontline village whose homes were damaged during the fighting.

In March last year, the speaker of the Russian state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has offered to oblige Ukraine to pay compensation for the losses suffered in the Crimea during his stay in its composition. According to policy, Kiev has treated the residents “very dishonest”, violating their fundamental rights. The Deputy of the lower chamber of the Crimea Andrei Kozenko later stated that, according to conservative estimates, the amount of damage exceeds 1.5 trillion rubles.
