The US President Donald trump and Vice-Premier of the state Council of the PRC Liu he signed an agreement on the first phase of the trade deal to resolve contentious issues, Reuters reports.
The ceremony of conclusion of the transaction took place in the White house. “The negotiations were tough,” said the American leader, adding that going to visit China in the foreseeable future.
Trump also said that the agreement provides for measures powerful intellectual property protection. In addition, according to him, due to the deal, American farmers will be able in large volume to implement their agricultural products.
As follows from the text of the document, the parties agreed that for two years the spending of Beijing on the goods and services in the U.S. of $ 200 billion, including the 77.7 billion for industrial products, to 52.4 billion — in energy, 37.9 billion on services. The US in turn agreed to abolish duties on goods from China, but only after establishing the second phase of the transaction, said trump.
