An unusual urbanisation built in Denmark

Eco-friendly project developed by the architect from Denmark Henning Larsen. It is assumed that in the territory of the unusual district will spend at least seven thousand people. The house will be low-rise.

The district built on the site of a former landfill on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Being elevated, it will be divided into three independent blocks to create for the inhabitants of each of these with more closed, compact space, where it is easier to build good-neighborly relations.

In addition to construction, there will be extensive green areas and ponds — this will help to ensure that the area the biodiversity of natural areas inhabit birds, bats, butterflies, frogs and lizards. The timing of the project is not defined.
