If you change the Constitution of Russia it is necessary to clearly define the grounds on which the President can send the Prime Minister to resign. This was stated by the head of the accounts chamber Alexey Kudrin, RIA Novosti reported.
According to Kudrin, it is also necessary to more strictly divide the powers of the President and the Prime Minister in the economic sphere, to remove the existing “grey zone”. Currently, the Prime Minister must comply with any order of the President at any time, he said.
“Not always consistent with the policy of the government. Then you need to determine who is responsible for the end result of this policy,” he concluded.
