The owner of the hostel Perm “Caramel” Sergey Shcherbakov, where five people were killed, disappeared. About it “lente.ru” on Monday, January 20, said a source in law enforcement bodies.
According to him, investigators began to track down Shcherbakov. It turned out that it did not come out at the place of residence he also was absent.
