The founder and former head of the network of coffee houses “Doubleb” Anna Tsfasman has launched a new project — coffee Flip, writes The Village.

The facility is located in Milyutinsky lane, Moscow and is positioning itself as focused on healthy eating. Also Flip stands for non-waste production: the dishes can be handed in at the bar for re-use, one-time costs 10 rubles.

Tsfasman was scandalous fame after being faced with claims from partners in his former project, the network of coffee houses “Doubleb”. The company where she held the position of CEO, sold the franchise to everyone, and as a result, many of the franchisees said about the deception from her words. According to them, she didn’t sign the Treaty and has not provided adequate support franchisees.

At the end of last year, major shareholders of the network has addressed in police with the statement on Tsfasman, accusing it of fraud.

It is noted that in Moscow it is planned to open four schools under the brand Flip. This will be done before the end of January.
