First Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Alexander Buksman has submitted a letter of resignation. On Wednesday, January 22, reports RIA Novosti citing a source in the Prosecutor’s office.
State counselor of justice of first class Buksman became Deputy public Prosecutor in 2006. He is the recipient of several state and departmental awards.
According owned by Grigory Berezkin RBC, the letter of resignation filed heads of three “boards” of the Department: the head of the main Department for supervision over execution of Federal law Anatoly Palamarchuk, head of personnel management the band Serghei Zamuruev and the head of the management Department of the Prosecutor General Sergey Sergeev.
They all resigned after the appointment of the attorney-General Igor Krasnov, who promised to assess the work of all employees in the Department, including prosecutors of Russian regions.
Yesterday it was reported that the resignation of the Deputy General Prosecutor of Russia Viktor grin and the official representative of Department Alexander Kurennoy.
Igor Krasnov was approved by the Federation Council in the office of the attorney General on January 22. Senators unanimously supported his candidacy.
