In Russia produced the first far Eastern mortgage at a rate of two percent per annum. Loan taken for construction of private houses in Yakutia, reports TASS with reference to the official agent of the national Bank “Building.of the Russian Federation”.
Rural inhabitants are obliged in this case to lay their property, for example, apartment. If you bought a finished house, provided that it meets all the requirements of improvement, then the loan is secured housing itself.
The right to preferential housing loan have young families and recipients of land in any subject of the far Eastern Federal district (FEFD) in the framework of the program “far Eastern hectare”. The term of the mortgage should not exceed 20 years, and her size — six million rubles, inclusive.
Borrowers can buy an apartment on the primary market, and in rural areas allows for the acquisition of housing on the secondary market. The participants of the “far Eastern hectare” is allowed to use the allocated funds for the construction of the house. The plot should have an appropriate type of appointment — “For individual housing construction and/or For conducting a personal part-time farm (land)”.
In December, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the mortgage at two per cent must first be tested in the far East, and can then be launched in other regions of the country.
