In 2019, the minimum age of buyers of housing in Moscow new comfortclass was 18 years old, according to the materials of the Builder GK FSK, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
Customers in this age category was, in particular, concluded deals for the purchase of one-bedroom apartments costing 5.2 million rubles and “kopeck piece” for 16.9 million rubles. In addition, according to the disclosed information, 18-year-old made a number of purchases in the suburban residential complexes.
In the segment of business class age of the youngest buyer at the end of 2019 was 21 year — client has acquired over 8.6 million rubles one-bedroom apartment in new building in the North-West of Moscow. In the premium class, the age minimum is fixed at 24 years.

In August 2019, it was reported that over the past five years, the proportion of Millennials among the buyers of luxury and premium residential real estate in Moscow increased on average from 15-20 to 45-50 percent. The average budget for the purchase of this age group in 2018, amounted to 45 million rubles.
