The inhabitant of Khabarovsk territory Victor Gavrilov, who left two sons in Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport, was released from the Investigative Committee in Bataisk Rostov region. It is reported TASS citing a source in law enforcement bodies.
“He is released, he has taken an obligation to appear,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
The man himself appeared to the investigators on January 28. He explained his actions and apologized to the children. “I showed weakness and was afraid that can not cope, so I left you at the airport in Moscow, knowing that a lot of people around, police officers, employees of the airport that you are not threatened,” — said Gavrilov.
In turn, the mother abandoned the boys Olga Pushkareva said that divorced Gavrilov because of the constant bullying and violence. According to her, using the connection, he insisted that the children stayed with him. “He did not give, had inspired them with the idea that I’m a bad mother and anything good will not teach. Often stalked, threatened, we can say, with hatred in the back was breathing,” she said.
Gavrilov left five sons and seven years at the airport on January 26. Their stuff found a note, which stated that the parent no money for their upkeep. The boys were in possession of all documents, including school diaries. In conversation with airport staff they said that before their father left. Relatives did not want to take children into care. My father opened a criminal case under article 125 of the criminal code (“Leaving in danger”).
