The concert of ska-punk band Distemper in Kaluga was canceled after a local Prosecutor threatened the organizer of criminal prosecution. This was reported on his page in “Vkontakte”.
It is noted that in the name of the organizer of the event Alexey Kalinin received a warning from the Deputy Prosecutor of Kaluga, in which he warned of the possibility of criminal prosecution for incitement to extremist activities (article 280 of the criminal code) and organizing mass riots (article 212 of the criminal code) and administrative responsibility for the production and distribution of extremist materials (article 20.29 of the administrative code).
