For the year 2019 the average cost per square meter of new housing in Moscow amounted to 220 thousand rubles, an increase for 12 months 9 per cent. This is stated in the materials of the portal “World apartments”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
The average price of apartments sold rose 10 percent to 12.8 million rubles. According to the disclosed information, the greatest extent of rise in price of housing under construction recorded in Zelenograd — the “square” here has increased in price by almost 19 percent, and the average price of the apartment increased by 18 percent. Significantly increased prices in the New Moscow: in the Novomoskovsky administrative district square meter rose by 14 percent in the Trinity — 12 percent. The cost of apartments in them increased by 16 and 12 percent, respectively.
In the center of Moscow “square” for the year rose by 12.5 per cent, flat — 13 percent. In the Northern and South-Eastern districts, housing prices increased by about 10 percent. “Prices are rising and with the release of projects sold under escrow accounts and due to growth of construction of residential complexes”, — analysts say.
Least expensive square meters in the North-West district — 5 per cent for the year.
Earlier in January it was reported that Moscow is becoming a more popular format mini-Studio apartments of the small area. Compact housing has gained popularity primarily due to its low cost.
