Russia will contribute to the Foundation of the world food programme of the UN $ 20 million on “providing food, nutrition and livelihood to the population affected by the conflict in Syria.” The funds, which will feed the Syrians, will be allocated from the Federal budget. It is noted that up to 12 million will be used to purchase food from Russian companies and their delivery to Syria domestic suppliers.
