In Russia, a Siberian husky saved a newborn bear. It is reported by news Agency FlashNord with reference to the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko.
According to Drozdenko, the mother threw the newborn baby in the woods Gatchina district. Bear found the dog and tried to put it next to her puppies. The Governor explained that the female who was named Masha, just a month.

On 14 January it became known that Lahdenpohja region of Karelia has saved an abandoned newborn bear cubs. Rescuers arrived at the scene and took the cubs, which was a week old. Both newborns weigh 700 grams.
