In the Russian city of Kirovsk (Murmansk oblast), the court made the decision on eviction from the apartment of a local resident who has broken the silence at night. This was reported on the website of the office of the Federal bailiff service (UFSSP) in the Murmansk region.
The brawler was also accused that he brought dwelling to unhygienic condition and did not pay utility bills for more than six months. The Russians have repeatedly asked to clean the apartment, but he ignored. In the end, the offender was deprived of a separate housing. To stay he was given a room in a communal apartment. The court’s decision has been made.
In October 2019, the Perm bailiffs ordered the apartment owner to dismantle laminated flooring. The man laid on the floor sound-insulating layer, laminate and linoleum, but the neighbor still complained about the noise allegedly coming from the top. At the time of receipt of the complaint from the neighbor’s apartment was empty.
