The initiators of these amendments to the Law on tourism became the deputies of the party “Citizens for European development of Bulgaria” (coat of ARMS). The changes will affect homeowners in Sofia and other major Bulgarian cities. Innovations do not affect property owners in sea and mountain resorts of the country.
