Experts have found that some manufacturers deceive buyers. For example, in sausages “Dairy” TM “Malakhovsky” was discovered cellulose and carrageenan, and sausages “Beef” — starch, vegetable protein (soy isolate), and small particles of cartilage and bone.

“Bone and cartilage particles could come from the use of mechanically separated meat. It is a cheap poor-quality raw materials — in fact, remnants of meat, which describesa with bones,” explained doctor of technical Sciences, Professor, head of Department of technology of meat, fish products and canning by cold ITMO Alexander Echevsky. The products, manufactured according to GOST, such ingredients should not be. Experts warned that such products can cause allergies.

In December 2019, the check popular brands in Russia sausages spent “Roskontrol”. On its results it became clear that the sausages malakhovskiy and “Margin” exceeded the permissible level of contamination by mesophilic microflora. In addition, the sausages “VELCOM” and “Malakhovsky” during the histological analysis revealed the presence of fiber (fiber psyllium in the first case and wheat — in the second).
