The defendant repeatedly demanded from the judge to spend the Phonographic examination of an audio recording where he allegedly tried to extort 10 million rubles from the Deputy Director FSIN Alexander Sapozhnikov in the restaurant of the shopping center “global city” in 2019. 12 Feb Chertanovskaya court Sviridov sentenced to three years in a penal colony, after the verdict, he committed suicide. The lawyer of Colonel Gregory Ivanishchev said that he was diagnosed with stage four cancer.

“Everything was planned, taking into account his illness and rewards for the elimination of the Chernobyl disaster, the court will give him probation,” said Ivanishchev.
