If a person goes to bed at 10-11 PM, you can sleep another hour in the afternoon until four in the afternoon. If you have to work at night, sleep is recommended for three to four hours immediately after returning home. This will postpone the arrival of sleepiness until the evening, and the night trouble falling asleep will not occur.
