Nagatinsky district court of Moscow has pronounced a sentence to Igor Talc Jr. for repeated driving in a drunken state. This Thursday, February 13, reports TASS.
According to the Agency, the court found talc guilty of violation of traffic rules by a person subjected to administrative punishment, and was sentenced to a year of imprisonment conditionally. Also, the defendant was deprived of the right of driving for three years.
In may last year, Chertanovskaya court deprived Talkov Jr., the right of driving for two years, having recognized guilty under the same article of the criminal code. In addition, 37-year-old son of a famous singer was fined 200 thousand rubles.
In 2016, the talc was already deprived of a driving licence and was fined 30 thousand rubles for driving in a drunken state.
Singer Igor talc, Sr., was killed on 6 October 1991 in Saint-Petersburg in sports Palace “Jubilee”. He was shot before going on stage near the dressing room. Igor Talkov Jr. is the founder of the group “Mirumir”.
