One of the former leaders of the self-proclaimed militia Donetsk national Republic (DND), a retired FSB Colonel Igor Girkin (Strelkov) has responded to Moscow’s proposal to independently judge the Russian citizens among the defendants in the case about the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass.
