One of the Islands of the Venetian lagoon in Italy was put up for sale for 2.2 million euros (151 million rubles). Originally it was supposed to be a resort, but its owner had to sell the land because of bankruptcy. This writes VVox with reference to the report of the company Sogeea.
A small island Tessera is located near the Marco Polo airport and adjacent to the island of Murano. On an area of 4100 square meters located the house and several outbuildings. Around the owner broke a vineyard and a garden. Also, the Tessera has its own private jetty.
The island belongs to the Italian developer, whose name is unknown. The auction will take place on 3 March. The Tessera was put up for sale in 2019. Then it cost 3.2 million Euro (220 million), but it could not find buyers.
Earlier it became known about the island in the Black sea, which consisted of a metal structure. It was erected from a flat structural slabs, columns and Foundation of a man. It later emerged that the construction was carried out without proper documents and permits, therefore the court decided to dismantle the island.
