TV host Vladimir Posner said that in the US today is a strong “anti-Russian sentiment”, and the authorities are not interested in how to change that. This was reported on the website of the daily mail.

The journalist added that the American side would prefer to see Russia “a country of dependent, much weaker”.

Posner also added that NATO violated the agreement not to expand East. In his opinion, this has led to the emergence of mistrust between Russia and the West.

Earlier the Deputy of the German Bundestag Alexander Noah said NATO had reneged on the promise of the Soviet Union and extends to the East. The Deputy explained that the Soviet Union “was fooled” when he refused to secure the promises not to expand NATO beyond Germany. Noah called the mistake inexcusable and said that she made Alliance in 1999 to begin a gradual expansion that has not stopped until now.
