Chairman of the Synodal Department of the Moscow Patriarchate on relations of the Church with society and mass-media Vladimir Legoyda said the words of Archpriest Dimitry (Smirnova), comparing civil wives “free prostitutes”. About this he wrote in his Telegram channel.
“Trolling, in the form which the father of Demetrius periodically tries to convey some of my thoughts, brings the opposite result, unfortunately. Is trolling. A failure,” he said.
Legoyda said that he considers unacceptable words Smirnova, “moreover, what about women said, and the men somehow forgotten”.
Earlier, Archpriest Dimitrii (Smirnov), head of the Patriarchal Commission on family matters, called the civil wives free prostitutes. He said that the civil wife — a temporary joy for men. To apologize for his words Smirnov refused.
