These data can confirm the identity and age of the buyer.
For the beginning of the experiment to buy alcoholic beverages the Internet can only employees of the companies noted in AKITA.
EBS is integrated with a Unified system of identification and authentication, which stores the verified personal data of millions of citizens (full name, passport number, social security number, etc.).
In August of last year, AKITA, presented a new proposal to legalize the sale of alcohol online. In particular, retailers offer to record information about the time and place of sale through the online box office. This will be used for cloud services and QR codes. In AKITA explained that the check will be automatically transferred to the Federal tax service. The Ministry of health has spoken strongly against this initiative because it would negate all legal prohibitions in the sphere of regulation of sales of alcoholic beverages.
The question of legalization of alcohol sales on the Internet has been discussed for several years. In June the Ministry of Finance has finalized the bill. The new version has coordinated the Ministry of industry and trade and the Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of health opposed the bill.
