According to analysts, on the Arbat, in the Tverskoy district of Sokolniki and the average discount on the sale of apartments amounted to about 7 percent of the declared value of the object. In turn, the minimum discount in 2019 was awarded to buyers of real estate in the areas of Mother of the City and the district Novokosino — about 3 percent. The average discount in the secondary housing market grew by 4.9 percent.

Another 7 percent of sellers gave a discount of 3 million rubles.

“In Moscow there are fewer areas where finished houses do not compete with the new buildings more affordable, — said in CYAN. — Therefore, owners are increasingly forced to offer discounts.
