In Russia will be fined for illegal alterations in the apartment buildings. The bill passed by the state Duma in the second (mostly) reading, reports TASS.
We are talking about the unauthorized alterations or rebuilding of any premises, including basements and utility rooms. If earlier in accordance with the administrative code, the liability applies only to individuals, but now it is extended to legal. According to the authors of the bill, illegal redevelopment organizations on the ground floors and basements of most often leads to tragic consequences.
For ordinary citizens the penalty will make from 2 to 2,5 thousand rubles. Officials will have to pay for the violation of four to five thousand rubles, and legal entities — from 40 to 50 thousand rubles.
Previously a resident of Moscow in the Mitino district and have made drastic alterations. The owner of two adjacent apartments, “odnushki” and “treshki” opened two Windows in the load-bearing concrete wall. The man barricaded himself at home and would not let the employees of the management company. Now the Russians will be obliged to return the wall to its original appearance.
