In Russia began the first phase of the plan to move the region from regime of restrictions that were imposed due to the spread of the coronavirus in the country. This was stated by the academician-Secretary of the Department of medical Sciences, former Minister of health Vladimir Starodubov, reports “Interfax”.
According to him, now epidemiologists define exit criteria out of isolation — it needs to clarify the level of morbidity for each region. The academician believes that this work will complete before may 5th.
Starodubov noted that an important part of the criteria will be “trend disease” in the regions, rather than the number of infected. He explained that to get out of the isolation it is necessary that the number of cases declined steadily — this determines the decline of the pandemic.
The academician thinks that Moscow will begin to implement the plan of exit from the insulating regime in a few weeks. He noted that now in the capital there is no sharp rise in the morbidity rate.
On the eve of Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to prepare a plan for gradual withdrawal may 12, from mode restrictions. The head of state stressed that the restrictive measures will be removed gradually in each region, and not simultaneously as in some regions the situation remains difficult.
In Russia, according to April 29, the total number of cases of infection with coronavirus in Russia since the beginning of the epidemic close to 100 thousand. For all time of epidemic 972 people died, 10 recovered 286.
