The majority of Russian tourists waiting for the opening of the borders and not afraid of being infected with coronavirus. This is evidenced by the results of a study of the analytical center NAFI, they drew attention to the publication of the Russian Union of travel industry (PCT) Rata News.
According to the findings, 64 percent of Russians predict that imposed on the background of the pandemic restrictions will be removed in the next six months. 33 percent of respondents believe that the borders will be open up to June or July of this year.
In General the majority of travelers, 62 percent, do not experience concerns about the spread of infection, only 18 percent of respondents speak about the fear to be infected, 20 percent say that have no fear of getting sick. However, even among those who do not exclude the possibility of infection, every third is ready to travel in Russia or abroad in the near future.
In addition, it became known that 84 percent of travelers plan summer travel by plane, 41 per cent by car, while 24 percent of survey participants intend to go on holiday by train.
