Moscow region left on a plateau in the number of cases of infection with coronavirus. This was stated by the Governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov, reports TASS on Wednesday, April 29.
“On the plateau we have reached, perhaps it is a plateau. About the increase [in the number of infections] is 5-7 percent. I think we will be on it for some time to stand, then the decline will continue,” — said the head of the region.
He added that during the may holidays in the region it is planned to intensify patrols to monitor compliance with self-isolation.
Earlier it was reported that the regime of isolation in the suburbs was extended to may 11. Vorobyov said that they will be weakened when the incidence of coronavirus will decline. “But in the near future, please stay home and keep mode isolation”, — the Governor added.
In Russia, as of April 29, there were almost 100 thousand cases of infection with coronavirus. In the suburbs, has infected more than 10 thousand people.
