Tagilstroevskogo court of Nizhniy Tagil has refused to commute the sentence to the leader of a gang of pimps Dmitry Chudinov, sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for the mass murder of Russian prostitutes. About it URA.RU reported in the press service of the Prosecutor of Sverdlovsk region.

Chudinov asked the court to replace the unserved part of punishment more lenient. He was sentenced in 2008 to 20 years of imprisonment — he stayed eight years. However, the Prosecutor opposed the application of the convicted person, and as a result the court decided to reject the request Chudinov.

In early 2007, near the village Leviha in Nizhny Tagil were found in a mass grave which contained the remains of at least 15 girls aged 13 to 17 years. They were the victims of a gang of pimps, headed by brothers Dmitry and Eduard Codinome. Girls killed if the bandits could not force them to prostitution. Also life deprived prostitutes for a different infraction. Pimps even dealt with 13-year-old daughter of a gang leader Eduard Chudinov.
