In Russia will cancel more than 200 thousand of routine inspections of business in 2020 in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection. Told about this TASS in the press service of the Prosecutor General.
The Ministry recalled that the relevant measures to limit most of the planned inspections were previously legally established. Clarifies that an unscheduled inspection is not canceled, however, their implementation should be agreed upon with the Prosecutor.
“With this in mind, the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov has made changes to the current procedure for coordination of unscheduled inspections and adjustments consolidated plan of scheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs”, — said the Prosecutor’s office.
In early April it became known that unscheduled inspections of small and medium business during a pandemic coronavirus will be possible only if there are serious violations, and scheduled inspections will be cancelled.
For support of the enterprises of small and average business in conditions of the spread of coronavirus banks have also begun to give the companies interest-free loans. In addition, Russian business has provided an opportunity to issue credit vacation.
Support for entrepreneurs is provided by the national project “Small and medium entrepreneurship”, which is implemented in Russia at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin. It involves the increase in the number of employees in small and medium enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, to 25 million people by the end of 2024, increasing the share of SMEs in GDP to 32 per cent and the share of exports of SMEs — up to 10 percent of the total by 2024. Only the implementation of the project it is planned to allocate more than 481 billion.
