The Ministry of health will adopt the standard for lean clinics. It is reported portal “the Future of Russia. National projects” with reference to the draft Directive.
In document the medical organization, implementing a new model of work selected in three levels. In hospitals of the first level should be a separate sick and healthy patients and do not intersect more than once those who receive services in the compulsory medical insurance and personal funds. “At least 50 percent of scheduled patients, conduct outpatient care by appointment, at least 80 percent of them in the set time appointment”, — added in the draft order. Will also be provided with information and navigation patients.
On the second level health facilities should not only provide criteria for the first level, but also to increase the number of planned patients at the outpatient clinic by appointment up to 70 percent, as well as to organize not less than 50 percent of the record without going into the registry.
The third level includes the requirements of the first and second, and increasing number of patients by appointment without going to the registry, increasing digitization of medical facilities, different planning inventory of medical devices and medicines in the offices and warehouses. “This is a clinic where care is not only the health of the patient but also to his time”, — explained in the project.
System lean clinics is implemented in the framework of the national project “Health”. Until the end of 2024 there are plans to spend a total of more than 1.7 trillion rubles. The aim of the project is to provide Russians with affordable health care and improving its quality, the changing nature of relations between doctors and patients, increasing to 70 percent coverage of primary prevention, introduction of modern clinical guidelines, reducing mortality from cardiovascular and oncological diseases, increase in life expectancy of Russians at the age of 78 and more.
