The current and income-generating rental business”, — said in the announcement. It is noted that the payback period will be eight years, and 100 percent of the area occupied by long term tenants.
The shopping center “Prague” area of 9,754 thousand square meters in a residential area of Moscow is given for 334,5 million rubles. Following the announcement, almost all area of the complex is also rented. It is noted that the proposal is urgent.
