Reusable face masks should be washed regularly. This publication reports MedicalXpress with reference to physicians and the Centers for control and prevention of diseases (CDC).
The CDC experts recommend to wash the masks after each use. The easiest way to disinfect the mask at home is to wash with hot water and detergents like regular soap.
