On a year-round research stations “samoilovskii Island” in the Delta of the Lena river will open an international school for students. “In 2020, on a year-round research stations “samoilovskii Island” in the Delta of the Lena river will be a summer school for students from Russia and other countries within the framework of “Interdisciplinary scientific and educational center of polar research” NSU, the members of which are many scientists ipgg SB RAS and geological and geophysical Department of Novosibirsk state University”, —stated in the message.

Clarifies that the school will prepare undergraduate and graduate students in the field of earth Sciences in Arctic conditions. They will get experience in working with the earth’s crust, soil, plants, atmosphere and climate.

The increase in the number of domestic developments and patents for inventions is provided by the national project “Science”, which should be implemented in Russia to 2024. Only its implementation is planned to more than 625 billion rubles. He also suggests the creation of 15 scientific and educational centers of the world level, commissioning research facilities class “magicians” and the formation of an integrated system of training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.
