The next stage of the lifting of restrictions in Moscow will be the opening non-trade, then the personal services industry. In an interview with RIA Novosti said the Deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.

According to him, the economy is particularly important non-food trade, because it employs a large number of people and it is considered a key element in the distribution chain from producer to consumer.

Efimov explained that despite the work permit industry, the closure of non-trade significantly limits its capabilities. “The industry is not profitable to work “on a warehouse”, she is starting to run out of working capital.
