The next stage of the lifting of restrictions in Moscow will be the opening non-trade, then the personal services industry. In an interview with RIA Novosti said the Deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.
According to him, the economy is particularly important non-food trade, because it employs a large number of people and it is considered a key element in the distribution chain from producer to consumer.
Efimov explained that despite the work permit industry, the closure of non-trade significantly limits its capabilities. “The industry is not profitable to work “on a warehouse”, she is starting to run out of working capital. So we are now working on the possibility of a phased return to work for trade”, — said the Deputy mayor.
The next step of easing measures will be the opening of the sphere of household services: traditionally employs the largest number of small enterprises, also it highly affects the life in the city. “The modern metropolis is impossible without those services it offers,” concluded Efimov.
On 21 may, the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin announced the first phase of the easing of restrictions in the capital. So, from 25 may to resume work MFC “My documents” and car sharing. From may 12 to work back on the industry and construction.
