The mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin has canceled another limitation in Moscow: volunteers in Moscow from may 26 to visit animal shelters. This was reported on the website of the mayor on Monday, may 25.
“Starting tomorrow, volunteers will be able to re-visit 13 city shelters for the homeless dogs and cats — to transfer medicines, food, other necessities and, of course, to walk the wards Pets”, — he wrote.
The mayor noted that the Moscow authorities are planning a further gradual easing of restrictive measures.
Sobyanin also said that to visit the shelter in advance to arrange a volunteer ID. In addition, he said, each orphanage will take no more than 15 volunteers on a daily basis, they all have to wear masks and gloves.
