Staff working remotely should be compensated for the additional costs. This proposal is contained in draft amendments to the Labour code (TK), which was developed by the Federation of independent trade unions of Russia (FNPR), write “Izvestia”.
Experts suggested paying more to the workers who have to bear the additional costs for electricity or, for example, to purchase software, including antivirus protection.
