Hoping to raise the salary of Russians has increased. This is evidenced by the results of a survey of citizens service “Work.ru” reports RIA Novosti.
So, the confidence to raise wages was expressed by 28 percent of respondents, and 72 percent said that they do not expect a raise.
The service notes that at the end of 2019, was conducted a similar poll. Then about a possible pay rise said only 19 percent of study participants. “Now the Russians are more optimistic about their prospects than at the end of 2019”, — noted in the company.
Earlier in may it became known that from the commencement of the restrictive measures imposed because of the coronavirus pandemic, more than half of Russians reduced wages. This was stated by 58 percent of respondents. Two-thirds of respondents also reduced the premium of the earnings.
Until the end of 2024 Russia will be the national project “Productivity and support employment.” In total it will allocate for 52.1 billion. The project aims to optimize processes and reduce their costs, reduce the cost and improve the quality of products, training employees, ensuring effective employment and increase of labor productivity up to five percent per year. Its first curator was appointed first Deputy Chairman of the Chairman of the Russian government Andrey Belousov.
